We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team. You will support our customers with our suite of HPE NonStop Security product installations and problem diagnosis. All work is done without visiting customer sites.
Responsibilities:
- Learn CSP's suite of products
- Work with customer to resolve issues and assist with product installations
- Liaise with the development team to escalate issues where necessary
- Manage and update ticket database with customer issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with HPE NonStop technologies essential
- Previous experience with customer and software product support
- Familiarity with production environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer focused and detail-oriented
