We're looking for reliable subcontractors for ongoing residential cleaning jobs.

Types of Jobs:

1. Routine / General Cleaning ($0.12 per sq. ft.)
Example: a 1,000 sq. ft. unit pays $120

• Vacuum, mop, sweep all floors

• Wipe countertops and surfaces

• Light dusting (furniture, shelves, etc.)

• Basic bathroom refresh (sink, toilet, mirror wipe)

• Kitchen wipe-down (counters, stovetop, appliance exteriors)

2. Deep Cleaning ($0.25 per sq. ft.)
Example: a 1,000 sq. ft. unit pays $250

• Includes all general cleaning PLUS:

• Full bathroom scrubbing (showers, tubs, grout, fixtures)

• Detailed kitchen cleaning (cabinets, backsplash, appliances)

• Baseboards, doors, vents, and trim cleaned

• Fans, light fixtures, and high areas dusted

• Spot-cleaning of walls & high-touch surfaces

• Extra time on buildup, stains, and neglected areas

Requirements:

• Must have own transportation

• Must supply own cleaning tools, equipment, and products

• Can work solo or with a team (you provide labor)

• Reliable, detail-oriented, professional

• Cleaning experience preferred, but not required if quality is high

• Be willing to travel all over GTA

Pay & Structure:

• Paid per square foot (Routine/General $0.12 / Deep $0.25)

• Independent contractor role — you invoice us
