Key Responsibilities:Agent Recruitment:
- Proactively recruit licensed real estate agents to grow the brokerage.
- Implement strategic recruitment campaigns to attract new and experienced agents.
- Manage and execute the full recruitment process, including interviews, onboarding, and agent retention efforts.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and training to agents to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops to help agents achieve their professional goals.
- Assist agents in building and expanding their client base through effective lead-generation strategies.
- Cultivate a supportive, team-oriented culture that promotes growth and collaboration.
- Guide agents in resolving transactional challenges and navigating complex real estate deals.
- Encourage a continuous learning mindset by providing regular industry updates, market insights, and best practices.
- Track agents' performance metrics and help them set and achieve sales targets.
- Identify areas of improvement and work with agents to implement actionable plans for success.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate broker's license in Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience at a real estate brokerage.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and managing licensed Realtors.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a diverse group of agents.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems is a plus.
