Expand Staffing Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Delta branch. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong client relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly. Only available to Citizens, PR Holders, Work permit with full time availability.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers – handle calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and care

• Communicate daily with carriers, customers, and suppliers to ensure accurate updates and smooth processes

• Manage claims, investigations, and order exceptions with attention to detail

• Provide timely updates on orders and rush requests, keeping clients informed every step of the way

• Support shipping, transport coordination, and document flow

• Track and report KPIs to help improve service levels

• Assist fellow team members and contribute to a safe, positive workplace

• Handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively

• Ensure compliance with Health Canada regulations and client requirements

• Take initiative on process improvements that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

• Clear communicator with solid interpersonal skills

• Comfortable using MS Office Suite and other systems

• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting demands

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting the team

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Previous experience in a customer service or warehouse-based role is an asset
