Parts & Service Coordinator
Location: Surrey, BC (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary:$50,000–$70,000/year (based on experience), with potential OTE up to $80,000/year including commissions

About the Role:
Join our team as a Parts & Service Coordinator in a fast-growing HVAC business. You'll become the go-to expert for parts, coordinating service, handling warranties, and troubleshooting with customers, contractors, and suppliers. If you're passionate about technical solutions and customer service, this role offers growth and impact in a supportive, dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage incoming requests for quotations (RFQs) and provide accurate parts quotes.
  • Source, order, ship, and track aftermarket parts while maintaining inventory.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting, warranty claims, and RMAs.
  • Collaborate with project estimators and service techs to deliver exceptional pre- and post-sale support.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and promote non-exclusive parts products.
  • Stay updated on product lines and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist with equipment quotations, logistics, and internal sales meetings.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of customer-facing or B2B experience (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, industrial equipment, or automotive parts).
  • Technical knowledge of hydronic heating, steam systems, or venting equipment (asset).
  • Proficiency with CRM and QuickBooks (or similar platforms).
  • Logistics or inventory management experience (asset).
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and ability to travel locally (~1 visit/week).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field (preferred).
