Job Summary

ATTA Elevators Halifax Inc. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Elevator Account & Contracts Manager to oversee and grow our team, and portfolio of maintenance and repair service contracts in Atlantic Canada. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating technical teams to deliver exceptional elevator maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Operational Management

    1. Oversee maintenance

      1. Technicians are to champion specific responsibilities based on their strengths, assigned and managed by this role.

    2. Ensure timely scheduling of preventive maintenance and

    3. Track service performance metrics and implement

    4. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for assigned

  1. Client Relationship Management

    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned

    2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

    3. Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and address

  1. Account Oversight

    1. Manage a portfolio of elevator maintenance and repair

    2. Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards.

    3. Coordinate with field technicians and service supervisors to resolve issues

  1. Sales & Business Development

    1. Identify opportunities for contract renewals, upgrades, and additional

    2. Prepare and present proposals for maintenance upgrades and

    3. Collaborate with the sales team to support new business

  1. Compliance & Safety

    1. Ensure all services comply with local codes, safety regulations, and company

    2. Support audits and inspections as needed

Qualifications

      • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in elevator or building
      • Strong understanding of elevator systems, maintenance practices, and industry
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
      • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
      • Ability to travel locally (Atlantic) to client sites as

Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience in the elevator industry or technical
      • Knowledge of local elevator codes and safety
      • Technical background or familiarity with elevator components and
