Exécutif

Responsibilities:

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
This includes: developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests
Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

General Skills:

Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level.
Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout he Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications.
Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools
Experience in one or more programming languages
Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting
Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.
Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages.
Experience with one or more communications protocols
Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications.
Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
Experience with middleware and gateways Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging
Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues
Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team.
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.

Must Haves:

Demonstrated 5+ experience in full life-cycle development and implementation using cloud technologies Microsoft Azure, OutSystems, .NET. C#/MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTMLS/CS/JavaScript, Azure DevOps; Azure Web Apps; Azure Functions; Azure Logic Apps.
Experience in Agile Framework.
Experience in applying industry web, accessibility and security standards and best practices.

Skill Set Requirements:

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

You have experience in software development for Azure Cloud and Agile Software Development.
You have experience applying industry web, accessibility, and security standards and best practices to your work that can be adopted by others.
You have ability to design, build and maintain stable, secure, and scalable web applications.
You have senior application development experience in cloud technologies using OutSystems and .NET on Microsoft Azure. With demonstrated experience in C#/MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTMLS/CS/JavaScript.
You have experience working in Azure DevOps.

You have experience working on Low Code application development platforms such as OutSystems.

Design & Development:

Proven experience in designing, building and maintaining stable, secure and scalable web applications.
Demonstrated 5+ experience in full life-cycle development and implementation using cloud technologies Microsoft Azure, OutSystems, .NET. C#/MVC, Entity Framework, ReactJS, HTMLS/CS/JavaScript, Azure DevOps; Azure Web Apps; Azure Functions; Azure Logic Apps.
5+ years of experience working with and developing for database management systems including Azure SQL Database (Pass) and SQL Server.
Demonstrated experience working on OutSystems platform, with a minimum of OutSystems Associate Developer (O11) certification .

UI & Frameworks:

5+ years of demonstrated experience in using markup (HTML5, CSS3, XML)
Demonstrated experience in using frontend frameworks (such as Angular, VueJS,React, etc.).
Experience in prototyping.
Experience in Agile Framework.
Experience in applying industry web, accessibility and security standards and best practices.

OPS Specific Experience:

Demonstrated experience supporting Ministry of Finance business areas, knowledge of Advisory, Objections and Appeals, and Tax and Benefit programs.
Experience working in a high- impact Agile team leveraging OPS standards and methodologies.
Experience with applying OPS architectural and security standards and best practices.
