We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. will be responsible for contacting prospective leads, qualifying interest, and scheduling in-home consultations with our HVAC specialists.
Key Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or inside sales
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Five9 (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to reach potential customers and promote new products.
Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
