- Design and execute analytical projects that support product, marketing, and operational priorities.
- Translate business questions into clear analysis plans, identifying relevant metrics and methods.
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Extract, clean, transform, and aggregate large, complex datasets from multiple sources (cloud-based data warehouses, APIs, operational databases).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality control processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into decision-making.
- Present findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in analytics workflows.
- Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and aggregating data from complex relational structures.
- Strong experience with Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) for creating interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations.
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation, statistical analysis, and working with APIs.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, database structures, and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of data mining, segmentation, and statistical techniques.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of delivering accurate, actionable insights.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journey analysis, or digital product metrics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
