As a Sr. Data Analyst (12-month contract), you'll play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into insights that guide strategy, shape products, and drive growth. You'll join a collaborative team where your curiosity, technical expertise, and problem-solving mindset will directly influence how we serve our customers and scale our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business problems, is comfortable navigating large and varied datasets, and can clearly communicate technical findings to diverse audiences. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseData Analysis & Insights
  • Design and execute analytical projects that support product, marketing, and operational priorities.
  • Translate business questions into clear analysis plans, identifying relevant metrics and methods.
  • Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Extract, clean, transform, and aggregate large, complex datasets from multiple sources (cloud-based data warehouses, APIs, operational databases).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation and quality control processes.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into decision-making.
  • Present findings in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in analytics workflows.
  • Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, joining, and aggregating data from complex relational structures.
  • Strong experience with Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) for creating interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for automation, statistical analysis, and working with APIs.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, database structures, and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of data mining, segmentation, and statistical techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of delivering accurate, actionable insights.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, customer journey analysis, or digital product metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with an empathetic, customer-focused approach.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing business needs.
