We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Campaign Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns. This role is responsible for managing campaign processes, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating across teams to achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and marketing knowledge to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end operational execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, creative, analytics, and external vendors) to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

  • Oversee campaign setup, targeting, tracking, and performance monitoring across multiple platforms (digital, print, events, etc.).

  • Develop and implement processes to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure optimal use.

  • Track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations across campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support campaign optimization through testing, performance analysis, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Operations Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, campaign management tools, and CRM systems.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 46 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing management, or advertising.

  • Experience with campaign automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.) is preferred.
