Job Duties

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• Review vehicle history, photos, and prior claims to validate repair scope
• Ensure parts and labor estimates are aligned with repair standards
• Provide exceptional customer service during drop-off, updates, and final delivery
• Support the shop team to maintain efficient workflow and timely repairs

Qualifications

• Experience as an estimator in the automotive collision industry
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex, CCC)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
• Knowledge of insurance company procedures and DRP guidelines (preferred)
