Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Shinglers and Labourers to join our crew. Candidates should be hardworking, reliable, and committed to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Shinglers:

Install, repair, and replace asphalt shingles (experience with steel/flat roofing is an asset)

Work with siding, soffit, and fascia (experience considered a strong asset)

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site

Labourers:

Assist roofing crew with material handling, tear-offs, and clean-up

Operate hand and power tools as required

Support shinglers with setup, prep, and installation tasks

Maintain site safety and organization

Requirements:

Shinglers: Minimum 1–2 years roofing/shingling experience (with WAH)

Labourers: No experience required – will train the right candidates (must have or be willing to obtain WAH)

Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs

Reliable transportation to job sites
