- Proven ability in cost control, inventory, and team development

Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence
- Mentor and train junior chefs, fostering high performance
- Support menu development with estate-grown and local ingredients
- Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Partner with Events and other teams to deliver standout experiences
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
