Job Description

Canarino Nissan is currently looking for an Automotive service advisor to join their growing team. This position is responsible for offering our customers the best customer service experience possible, while demonstrating a professional, capable and dependable attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

- performs the process of checking in and out our service customers efficiently and accurately, applying dealers and manufacturers standards.

- discusses the customer concerns with technician or management to ensure all information is accurate, to aid the tech in diagnosis.

- documents clearly all work to be performed on the work order and invoice.

- always dress and act in a professional manner

- perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- minimum of 1 yr in automotive industry, preferably as a service advisor

- Good time management skills

- Attention to detail and well organized

- Able to work as a team member

- Have a desire for the best customer service experience with every customer.
