Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of various used vehicles
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and promotions
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet the needs of customers
• Complete necessary paperwork and ensure all transactions are processed accurately
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the sales lot and showroom
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Must have OMVIC licence or willingness to obtain license prior to start date
• Knowledge of automotive financing and warranty options is a plus
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
