We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our client, a well-established services provider, operating across Manitoba. This is a full-time opportunity offering a strong safety culture, a comprehensive benefits package, and the chance to work with a collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment including:
• Heavy construction machinery (e.g., skid steers, excavators, loaders) and
• Light-duty vehicles, trailers, and powered mobile equipment.
• Work both in the shop and field, with occasional travel required.
• Perform repairs involving wear parts, suspension, electrical systems, hydraulics, and welding.
• Follow and promote safety and preventative maintenance policies.
• Take initiative in maintaining and respecting equipment.

What we're looking for:

• Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification preferred.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required; Class 3 or 1 is an asset
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and a safety-first mindset
