Our client is a General Contractor who is looking for an experienced and proven construction Project Manager in Calgary.

Our client has over 25 years proven customer project delivery maximizing value and minimizing risks across Canada - leveraging expertise in various construction Best Practices including Lean, Progressive Design Build, Integrated Project Delivery. Typical projects scope range from $1 to $10+ MM (e.g. office renovations) and $25 MM to $100MM larger-scale builds..

Ideal candidates will likely have many of the following attributes:

• 6 to 15+ years construction project management with a successful On-Time & On-Budget track record ideally with some solid experience with mid to larger General Contractors
• A positive hands-on results-focused PM who effectively works with & leads multi-discipline teams to deliver projects to top quality standards
• Solid understanding of construction management processes and delivery models, plus strong budgeting skills - some tendering would also be an asset
• Creative / innovative problem-solver, often anticipates issues before they arise and identifies cost-saving or value-add opportunities
• Builds, organizes, and guides project teams (internal staff, subcontractors, vendors) and be the primary liaison for clients, architects, engineers, site superintendents, and other stakeholders
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, and you build and foster strong, trusting relationships
• Solid communication skills
