Our established General Contractor client is looking for 2 experienced and proven Project Managers in Calgary.

Our client has over 25 years proven customer project delivery maximizing value and minimizing risks across Canada - leveraging expertise in various construction Best Practices including Lean, Progressive Design Build, Integrated Project Delivery. Typical projects scope range up to $50 MM to $100 MM for Large-Scale Builds; office renovation range from $1 to $10+ MM.

Some of our client`s PMs have PEngs, CETs or BTechs - many don`t; some PMs are Journeymen - many aren`t;....

Ideal candidates will likely have many of the following attributes:

• 6+ years construction project management with a successful On-Time & On-Budget track record ideally with some solid experience with mid to larger General Contractors
• A positive hands-on results-focused PM who effectively works with & leads multi-discipline teams to deliver projects to top quality standards
• Solid understanding of construction management processes and delivery models, plus strong budgeting skills - some tendering would also be an asset
• Creative / innovative problem-solver, often anticipates issues before they arise and identifies cost-saving or value-add opportunities
• Builds, organizes, and guides project teams (internal staff, subcontractors, vendors) and be the primary liaison for clients, architects, engineers, site superintendents, and other stakeholders
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, and you build and foster strong, trusting relationships
• Solid communication skills
