We're looking for a talented Developer to join our innovative team and spearhead the development of AI-powered solutions. In this role, you'll be instrumental in scripting interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs) and building/configuring intelligent agents to interact with our diverse suite of internal applications.
Things You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for seamless interaction with various LLMs and AI services.
- Design, build, and configure AI agents to automate complex workflows and tasks across internal applications through the MCP.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and productivity improvements.
- Integrate and manage automations with existing IT tooling, including identity and access management systems like Okta.
- Troubleshoot and refine automation processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and machine learning advancements, particularly in areas relevant to internal tooling and process optimization.
- Document automation processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Assist in any other area as needed.

- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Python or other languages for automation and scripting.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Demonstrated interest and practical application of AI/Machine Learning concepts to enhance productivity.
- Recent continuing professional education in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Familiarity with common IT tooling and infrastructure, with specific experience with Okta, AWS being a strong asset.
- Experience in previous automation projects, particularly those involving a company's internal tools and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to work in an office setting on certain days, and remotely on other days.
Compensation:
Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is 81,000.00 - 83,000.00 CAD. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
