What You'll Do – The Role (Responsibilities)

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer master data across various systems, update existing customers' records
  • Adhere to established data standards, policies, and procedures and offer improvements
  • Setting up customer accounts in the computer system with tax status and credit levels
  • Analyze customer master data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including sales, invoicing, finance, and IT
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Monitor AR shared inbox, addressing incoming internal and external requests
  • Validate, clean up customer data file for new acquisitions for conversion in ERP
  • Review of customers' portals for invoice status
  • Sending customer statements on regular basis
  • Run assigned reports, manipulate data from the system
  • Provide customers with copies of invoices as required
  • Liaison between AR, collections, invoicing, operations and other internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with processing credit applications
  • Other duties and tasks, as assigned

What You Need (Requirement)

  • 1-3 years' experience with data entry, mining, cleansing, and analyzing
  • Familiarity with data governance principles, best practices and process improvements
  • Post-secondary education preferred, or similar in education and experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including intermediate level proficiency in Excel.
  • Customer Service experience plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Knowledge of French considered an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O a plus

Working Conditions

  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Overtime as required
  • Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required
