Looking for your next big move in public accounting? This is your chance to step into a senior role with a well-established and growing firm in the Niagara region that values collaboration, professional excellence, and long-term relationships with clients and team members alike.
Here, career progression is based on merit, not tenure—meaning your hard work, expertise, and results will be recognized and rewarded. From day one, you'll have a clear path forward and the support you need to achieve your professional goals.
You'll lead complex audit and review engagements, guide clients through challenges with confidence, and provide mentorship to junior staff who will look to you for leadership and expertise. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on both clients and your colleagues, while building a career in an environment that actively invests in your growth.
What You'll Do:
  • Plan, lead, and complete audit/review engagements with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify and solve assurance-related issues while maintaining the highest professional standards
  • Mentor and coach junior team members during fieldwork, fostering their development
  • Build strong client relationships through attentive, solutions-focused service

What You Bring:
  • CPA designation or in process
  • 3–5 years of audit & assurance experience in public practice
  • Solid technical knowledge of GAAP, audit/review procedures, and tax compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office, plus experience with Caseware, TaxPrep, or QuickBooks Online
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

What's in it for you?
  • Competitive salary & comprehensive benefits package
  • Flexible work environment, wellness incentives, and a culture that promotes balance
  • Clear career progression and promotions based on performance
  • A supportive, collaborative team that values your expertise and encourages new ideas
