We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your passion for hospitality and commitment to quality service will contribute to the overall success of our Nightclub.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns, providing prompt solutions to enhance their dining experience.
- Process payments efficiently, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest services.
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in cashiering and handling transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- A proactive approach to helping others, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
- Experience with upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Experience for bottle service is an advantage.
- Experience working at night and night club is better (can train more if no experience).
- Clean before and after work hours and when customers need it.
- Must have Smart Serve Ontario certification.
- Over 19 years old.
