We are hiring part-time industrial cleaning technicians to join a safety-focused team at a manufacturing facility in Windsor, ON. This position involves operating high-pressure water blasting equipment and performing various industrial cleaning duties to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Flexibility is required for day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts.

Key Duties:

• Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment (40,000 PSI) and other specialized cleaning tools
• Complete facility cleaning tasks, including equipment, work areas, and general spaces
• Inspect cleaned surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
• Safely work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying temperature environments
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and protocols
• Operate industrial cleaning machinery (e.g., scrubbers, forklifts an asset)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 6 months of previous experience with industrial cleaning or high-pressure water equipment
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and nights
• Physically fit for prolonged standing, bending, climbing, and lifting
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
• Valid drivers license (may be required depending on duties)
• Ability to understand and follow safety instructions in English
• Certification in workplace safety standards
