What are the Responsibilities?
Financial Leadership

• Own the branch's financial performance (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
• Maximize profitability across service, parts, and rentals
• Strategically assign technicians and manage PM schedules
• Monitor rental rates and parts margins to meet targets

Team Leadership

• Build a high-performing, customer-focused team
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Lead recruitment, training, and safety initiatives

Customer Excellence

• Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
• Champion customer satisfaction and retention

Facility Oversight

• Manage building operations and maintenance
• Ensure cost-effective and safe facility management

What You Bring:

• College diploma or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a Service/Parts/Branch Manager capacity (material handling, heavy equipment, or related)
• Strong technical knowledge of material handling equipment
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bonus points for experience using SoftBase Systems!
