Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Deliver sales pitches to persuade prospects to purchase products or services.
- Prospect and identify potential business clients within the manufacturing sector.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients, tailored to their specific business needs.
- Answer questions about products/services, company information, and sales processes.
- Record customer information, feedback, and responses accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and create sales materials.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Provide ongoing support and product updates to clients after the sale.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related customer service role.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing products, processes, and supply chain dynamics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
