Position Overview:
The Logistics Tracking Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring freight shipments are executed accurately and efficiently according to our customers requirements. This role involves a mix of administrative support, shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process freight bills, invoices, and shipping documentation with accuracy.
• Track and trace shipments, updating customers proactively in the event of delays.
• Maintain accurate carrier information, ensuring licenses and authorities are up to date.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customers to support smooth shipment operations.
• Assist with claims and resolution processing.
• Provide professional, timely communication via phone and email.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in transportation and logistics is an asset but not required.
• Strong typing and data entry skills with exceptional accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.
