Job Overview
The Operations/Project Coordinator at Aqua Fast Flush Ltd. plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for leading special operational and financial analysis projects, ensuring the accuracy of invoicing, developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing customer and costing analytics.
The role works closely with both field and office teams to provide actionable insights that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Key Accountabilities
1. Special Analysis Projects
- Lead and execute operational and financial analysis projects to support strategic and operational goals.
- Gather, review, and interpret data to provide actionable insights to management.
- Present findings clearly and provide recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes.
2. Invoice Accuracy Support
- Act as a backstop for invoice review to ensure all billing is accurate, complete, and aligns with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with the billing and client success teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Implement improvements to minimize billing errors and maximize invoicing efficiency.
3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for critical operational functions.
- Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect operational changes, industry standards, and best practices.
- Train relevant teams on new or updated procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
4. Customer and Costing Analytics
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities for improved service delivery.
- Conduct costing analysis to ensure service profitability and accurate project/job costing.
- Provide regular reporting on customer and costing analytics to leadership, highlighting opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings.
5. Continuous Improvement and Operational Support
- Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Support the leadership team with operational insights, reporting, and special projects as assigned.
- Participate in meetings and planning sessions to ensure the operational goals of the organization are achieved.
