Deliverables:

Develop tools to:

• Analyze an individual's risk for internal classification of inmates (min, med, max security).
  
• Generate risk assessments for inmates and assign a minimum, medium and maximum rating for the purpose of institutional placements as the inmates are admitted and ongoing.
  
• Integrate with the Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS) to ensure seamless access to inmate data and accurate risk evaluation.
  
• Continuous maintenance and ensuring OTIS/YOTIS application remains operational, efficient, and meets user needs. The process involves monitoring performance, fixing issues, and implementing improvements over time.
  

Responsibilities:

• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
  
• This includes: developing detailed programming specifications writing and/or generating code compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests
  
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations
