Main duties will include:

• Changing parts, loading, and unloading the machines.
• Working mostly with CNC lathe, but may also assist on the Mill.
• Reading G-Code and being familiar with different types of tooling and fixtures.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Maintaining Quality Control and using a bore gauge to check the parts.
• Documenting and reporting any defects.
• Performing basic machine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and checking coolant levels.
• Potentially helping to set up and operate CNC Lathe and/or Mill in a custom machining shop using micrometers and verniers.

Shifts will be as follows:

• Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Breaks include:

• Two 10-minute paid breaks
• One 30-minute unpaid lunch break
