We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. You will work with all levels of personnel-from laborers to owners-ensuring projects are delivered successfully, profitably, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities -
Project Leadership & Coordination
Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects.
Ensure successful completion, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Maintain daily communication with all parties to ensure smooth operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with construction partners.
Quality & Safety Oversight
Ensure work is installed to specifications and meets quality standards.
Enforce job site safety practices and attend site safety/coordination meetings.
Technical & Documentation Management
Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and design-related details.
Attend walkthroughs and inspections as required.
Financial & Scheduling Control
Monitor project progress and job costs to keep projects on track.
Plan and schedule work to maximize efficiency.
Order materials and consumable items as needed.
Team & Subcontractor Management
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trade partners.
Review daily reports from Site Foremen and Superintendents.
Communicate strategies to ensure optimal performance across the team.
Qualifications -
Several years of experience in commercial project management or the building envelope industry.
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and construction best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and related software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of job site safety protocols.

Experience Required:
Project Management: 5 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
