Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Implementation Consultant to join our purpose driven team on a 12-month full time, fixed term contract.

As a Project Implementation Consultant, you will contribute to client analysis & project execution including implementation of software configurations and assisting in project coordination activities to support in the delivery of high-quality client solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Implementation Consultant will be responsible for a range of duties and tasks including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Working with the client and your team to identify solution requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Assist in identifying gaps between client needs and system limitations/capabilities
  • Assist in the project plan design & management of resources and timelines as part of a dedicated client team
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implemention of software solutions to meet business requirements
  • Create & maintain custom project status reports and dashboards using established templates
  • Provide the highest levels of service delivery, contributing to high client satisfaction scores within the team
  • Assist in the creation and maintainence of solution documentation
  • Other relevant project & implementation duties as required

Role Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years' experience in a software configuration/implementation environment, ideally in the technology and/or consulting industries
  • Experience with project coordination activities, including project plan design and resource planning
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Desired Attributes

  • Further education certification/qualification or equivalent experience in Software, Project Management or Business field
  • At least 1 years' experience configuring iMIS or equivalent AMS (Association Management Software) platform is a considerable asset - iMIS specific certification and training will be provided
  • Active experience, or a demonstrated interest, in using AI tools to streamline process and increase productivity
