About the Role

Were seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to support the top executive in our Growth team. In this fast-paced role, youll take initiative, keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and free up our sales leaders to focus on driving growth.

Youll be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the Growth teamattending sales and client meetings (often via video calls for much of your day), managing schedules, updating our CRM, preparing presentations, coordinating client events, and using AI transcriptions to create post-sales summaries and follow-ups.

Along the way, youll gain valuable insight into sales strategy, client relationships, and emerging technologies, making this an excellent opportunity role for someone eager to learn and grow in the sales and marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Growth team executive, including preparing quotes, drafting correspondence, and creating presentations.
  • Attend sales and client meetings, both in person and via video calls, to capture notes, follow up on action items, and support post-sales activities.
  • Manage the Growth teams calendar, schedule meetings and calls, and coordinate travel or event logistics.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client and prospect information.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and coordinate discovery calls.
  • Assist with organizing webinars and in-person events.
  • Use AI tools to generate meeting summaries and assist with follow-up tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed to ensure the Growth teams efficiency.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative support in a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting a sales leader or team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Fluency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools; Quoting software and CRM experience an asset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in a tech or sales environment is a bonus.
  • Organization: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently, take direction well, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Transportation: Reliable vehicle and a valid BC drivers license.
