The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Creative Services Department that will work cross functionally with the entire business, especially the Ecomm, Marketing, Wholesale, Events & Product Development teams. This pivotal role involves orchestrating the seamless execution of multiple projects and product launches from inception to completion. Reporting directly to our Chief Brand Officer, the ideal candidate will demonstrate adeptness in the following key responsibilities:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrate prior expertise in overseeing end-to-end project management
  • Assign projects to and manage workload of graphic designers within CS department to ensure work is being equitably distributed and completed in a timely manner, while fostering well-being
  • Proactively identify gaps
  • Proactively identify gaps and risks, communicating their potential impact on timelines to all internal stakeholders, and devising strategies to mitigate project delays
  • Proficiently navigate the product go-to-market calendar of all campaigns, launches and promotional periods devising flexible project structures and timelines to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Oversee the organization of various projects fostering collaboration across departments including creative services, marketing and ecomm to ensure successful project completion
  • Own the monthly meetings for go-to-market, campaign plan and post mortems including:
    • Lead the intake and, delegation of the campaign plan, prioritizing strategic initiatives and ensuring effective project oversight
    • Lead intake and completion of the collection hindsight document following each launch, working closely with products development PM
    • Lead post-mortems to capture successes, identify areas for growth, and embed actionable insights into future project planning
    • Take marketing briefs and create actionable plans that take the macro to the micro, including project requirements, progressive steps, timelines and deliverables
  • Drive the execution of creative projects by overseeing timelines and crafting detailed workback schedules that ensure seamless and timely delivery
  • Communicate and reinforce key deadlines and deliverables across the department and cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and accountability
  • Use Monday.com and other tools for project management

Note that some of the above responsibilities may be tweaked slightly based on the candidate's experience and areas of strength. Any such minor amendments to the above will be shared with the candidate as a part of the hiring process.

What you bring to the table:

  • Previous Project Management experience working with Marketing and/or Creative teams
  • Experience managing teams effectively and excellent business communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English
  • Be invested in the outcome, have pride in the process and enjoy the team work
  • Have a possibilities mindset: look for opportunities and overcome the challenge
  • Knowledge of project management tools, like monday.com
  • Strong time management skills

Location:
We have flexible working arrangements for the team. This role requires you to be in the office (East Room located at 507 King East, Toronto, Ontario) 3-4 days a week - preferably Monday, Tuesday + Thursday.
