We seek a Product Manager who will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for techSHIP and techTRACKfrom ideation to launch, growth, and optimization. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure both products meet business goals, delight customers, and remain market leaders in their space.

You will be responsible for building and executing the product vision, setting priorities, and managing the product roadmap, while making data-driven decisions to maximize product impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for techSHIP and techTRACK.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in logistics and shipping automation.
  • Define success metrics and measure product performance against them.
• Roadmap & Execution
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering to plan, prioritize, and deliver product releases.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Customer-Centric Development
  • Conduct customer research, interviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify product gaps and opportunities.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the primary product advocate across the organization.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
  • Support Sales in product demonstrations and competitive differentiation.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analyze product usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing and measure feature adoption.

Qualifications

• Required
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain technology.
  • Strong track record of delivering products from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Preferred
  • Knowledge of multi-carrier shipping systems
  • Familiarity with 3PL operations and warehouse management systems.
