- Conduct outbound phone cold calls to identify and engage potential clients, generate leads, and schedule appointments
- Actively prospect and identify new clients through targeted research and outreach
- Launch email campaigns and make follow-up calls to help turn leads into active sales opportunities
- Be a brand ambassador, showcasing Fuze HR Services and articulating our unique value propositions
- Achieve performance targets and actively support division-wide revenue goals
- Build expertise across Fuze HR's specialty divisions and service offerings
- Tackle additional sales and lead-generation projects as needed to drive results
- Experience working in a sales-driven environment; preferably in staffing and/or selling HR services, job ads, payroll services, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and navigating/organizing sales CRM systems such as Avionté'
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize shifting priorities effectively
- Energetic, personable, and motivated with a “can-do” attitude
- Fluency in both English and French is an asset
