Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
Are you a strategic Program Manager ready to drive complex product development initiatives from concept to commercialization? Do you excel at leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact projects in a regulated, fast-paced IVD or MedTech environment?
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a hands-on Program Manager who will lead product development programs with full accountability—from early-stage planning through launch and post-market success. You'll drive priorities, align cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes in a regulated environment. This role demands technical acumen, leadership maturity, and a passion for delivering real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product programs across lifecycle—from planning to launch and post-market
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams
  • Lead cross-functional execution, aligning goals, timelines, and resources
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with urgency
  • Communicate clearly at all levels—including executive updates
  • Track KPIs, optimize frameworks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and regulatory standards
  • Use Wrike, MS Project, and ERP tools to plan and deliver

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in life sciences, engineering, or business (Master's an asset)
  • 5+ years in program/product management in diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences
  • Proven experience delivering products from development to launch
  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred
  • Strong strategic and business acumen
  • Skilled in stakeholder alignment, KPI tracking, and risk management
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA, Health Canada
  • Proficiency in project tools: Wrike, MS Project, ERP/PLM systems
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader
