Were looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Labourer to join our team. This role offers four 10-hour shifts per week, with weekends off (typical schedule is either MondayThursday or TuesdayFriday). What Youll Do
Cut and drill aluminum parts for louvered roof systems.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup based on customer requirements.
Load and unload materials and finished products.
Verify shipments and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment (training provided if needed).
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work with the fabrication, powder coating, and shipping teams to meet production goals.
Assist with inventory checks and general shop upkeep.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (training available if needed).
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support production.

What Youll Bring

• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (e.g., saws, drills)
• Forklift experience (certification an asset)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Clear English communication skills for instructions and teamwork
• Valid drivers license (truck/trailer experience is an asset)
• Familiarity with warehouse systems or inventory software (an asset)
• Team-oriented, safety-minded, and reliable
