About the Role
Reporting to theConsulting Manager, youll serve as a key product expert and trusted advisor, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. Youll collaborate closely with development and consulting teams, contribute to pre-sales activities, and play a hands-on role in solution design, configuration, training, and support.
This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Analysis
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and business processes
- Develop detailed analysis reports with actionable recommendations
- Solution Implementation
- Lead the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related add-ons
- Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, and documentation
- Deliver user training and post-implementation support
- Consulting & Support
- Provide onsite and remote consulting services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose optimized solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and document functional specifications
- Sales Enablement
- Participate in product demos and contribute to sales cycle activities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong background in consulting and client-facing roles
- Proven ability to model business processes and translate requirements into solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with executive stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and quality-focused
- Experience with Business Central/NAV Manufacturing or Warehouse Management (version 2013 or higher) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, .NET, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Ability to quickly learn new business applications and processes
