Were looking for a meticulous Documentation Engineer to capture and organize critical organizational knowledge, transforming it into clear, accessible resources. This role is ideal for someone with experience documenting complex technical processes especially in machine learning and heavy industry and a talent for extracting knowledge from subject matter experts through skilled interviews.

You'll play a key role in preserving institutional knowledge, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring our teams can work faster, smarter, and more consistently.

• Build trust with subject matter experts and turn their expertise into actionable documentation

• Execute established knowledge transfer frameworks to capture organizational and technical processes

• Create detailed playbooks for technical procedures

• Document client-specific implementations and project management workflows

• Develop standardized templates for consistent documentation across the organization

• Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Build a searchable knowledge repository using appropriate tools

• Maintain version control to keep documentation current and reliable

• Create onboarding materials to help new hires ramp up quickly

• Provide leadership with progress updates every 3 weeks on documentation initiatives
