As a Cashier & Barista Support, you are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front area always. Providing excellent customer service, meaning you'll be greeting families warmly, answering questions confidently, and ensuring smooth check-ins. You will be supporting, at times taking over the barista role when it is needed by making high quality coffee and other drinks.
Work Hours:
Friday - Saturday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in customers with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle all payments accurately through POS.
- Proactively pitch services (memberships, events, birthday parties)
- Conduct inventory counts on supply.
- Keep store tidy, and presentable always.
- Having a strong communication with the other staff by providing key information for the next shift.
- Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and knowledge about all products and services we provide.
- Team player. Able to support when needed to accomplish all task in time.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the barista area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be responsible and reliable
- Barista Experience is an asset
- OFA level 1 is required (Must have it prior to starting)
