Position Overview
We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who's organized, proactive, and thrives in a team environment. You'll support the Account Director and Account Manager across a range of client accounts, helping to ensure projects are moving forward smoothly and staying aligned with client goals. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn. Bonus points if you have 1-2 years of agency experience.

What You'll Do

· Support the account team with day-to-day coordination of client projects

· Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep things running on schedule

· Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items

· Assist with preparing client presentations, briefs, and reporting

· Support the review cycle by organizing and sharing creative and copy for feedback

· Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and keep communication flowing

· Contribute ideas and support during brainstorms, strategy sessions, and campaign planning

· Stay on top of industry trends and help research competitors and markets

· Attend and support at shoots, events, and client engagements as/if needed

Who You Are

· A clear communicator with strong organizational skills

· Comfortable in a client-facing role, even if you're still gaining confidence

· Detail-oriented and proactive — you catch things before they become issues

· A natural collaborator who thrives in a team culture

· Curious about all aspects of marketing — from strategy to social to execution

· Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting — staying organized, proactive, and responsive under pressure

What You Bring

· 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or communications agency

· A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field

· Working knowledge of project management tools and platforms is a bonus

· Must be based in Alberta and able to travel occasionally for client meetings, shoots, and events if required
