We are a well-known manufacturing company located in Delta with multiple sites in Canada. We are looking for an eager and hardworking General Laborer! Position: General Laborer Job Type: Contract (approx 3-4 months) with possibility of permanent employment
Location: Delta, BC
Pay: $20/hr – $24/hr Schedule: 4x10s with 30-minute break, Day Shift 1 or 2 for now (must be open to the possibility of afternoon shift in future)
Shift Schedules:

• Day Shift 1: Mon–Thurs, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM
• Day Shift 2: Tues–Fri, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM
• Afternoon Shift: Mon–Thurs, 4:15 PM – 2:15 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepping products for paint (e.g., wire wheeling, wiping, washing, scraping)
• Packaging products for shipment
• Loading/unloading paint lines
• General cleaning and shop maintenance
• Supporting other departments as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Some experience as a General Laborer/Production Worker or similar in a manufacturing/warehouse/logistics setting
• Ability to lift 20-30 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation (location is not transit accessible)
• Steel-toed boots required
• Good verbal communication skills
