What You'll DoMeasure, cut, and assemble wood or metal formwork to spec
Set forms to line, level, and plumb using lasers, string lines, or levels
Install braces, ties, and rebar chairs before the pour
Strip, clean, and stack forms for reuse after concrete sets
Maintain tools and follow all site safety protocols
2+ years of formwork carpentry on residential or commercial sites
Able to read basic blueprints, elevations, and cut lists
Proficient with circular saws, nail guns, drills, and other hand/power tools
Fall Protection ticket is a plus training can be arranged if needed
Own PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, high-vis vest, gloves, eye/ear protection
Dependable, safety-focused, and ready for early morning pours
Starting from $32/hour (higher for lead hands or crane signalers)
Full-time day shifts, with likely overtime and weekend pours
