• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal formwork to spec

• Set forms to line, level, and plumb using lasers, string lines, or levels

• Install braces, ties, and rebar chairs before the pour

• Strip, clean, and stack forms for reuse after concrete sets

• Maintain tools and follow all site safety protocols

• 2+ years of formwork carpentry on residential or commercial sites

• Able to read basic blueprints, elevations, and cut lists

• Proficient with circular saws, nail guns, drills, and other hand/power tools

• Fall Protection ticket is a plus training can be arranged if needed

• Own PPE: hard hat, steel-toe boots, high-vis vest, gloves, eye/ear protection

• Dependable, safety-focused, and ready for early morning pours

• Starting from $32/hour (higher for lead hands or crane signalers)

• Full-time day shifts, with likely overtime and weekend pours
