WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- A valid driver's license
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge about vehicle maintenance and repair
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to make accurate repairs
- Communication and customer service skills
- A 310s Automotive Service Technician certificate to be considered a certified automotive tech
- Experience with electrical diagnosis is also preferred

As an Automotive Technician at Preferred Auto & Fleet Services, you're the crucial link in keeping our community moving safely. Throughout your day, you'll perform a wide variety of repairs and maintenance services to ensure vehicles are road-ready. You will conduct thorough MTO safety inspections and test drive vehicles to identify any underlying issues and confirm successful repairs. You are responsible for accurately and efficiently diagnosing mechanical problems, developing appropriate service plans, and following technical manuals to perform precise repairs. With excellent customer service skills, you'll communicate repair needs clearly and effectively. Every day, you'll arrive prepared with the tools and expertise to tackle various automotive challenges, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
