About the Role
In this new role, Information Management & Information Technology Project Manager, based inWestern Canada,you will drive the planning and delivery of all Information Management & Information Technology (IMIT) workstreams on complex building projects such as healthcare, institutional, and commercial. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality while steering a multidisciplinary team of IT, AV, security, and electrical designers.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as the single point of contact for all IMIT matters from pursuit through close-out, including AV, ESS, and Telecom practices.
Define project charters, budgets, schedules, and risk registers; report KPIs to executives and clients.
Coordinate design integration of networks, IoT, BMS, AV, wireless, nurse-call, and security systems with electrical and architectural teams.
Lead requirements workshops and translate user needs into technical specifications.
Manage procurement, vendor selection, and factory witness testing.
Oversee construction administration, commissioning, and handover.
Champion BIM, ISO 19650 data standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
Mentor junior staff and support business development proposals.

Our Must Haves:
8+ years managing IMIT or ICT scopes on building projects.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
PMP (or equivalent) certification; ITIL or Prince2 is considered an asset.
Proven delivery of $5M+ technology packages in healthcare or mission-critical environments.
Strong knowledge of CSA Z317.13, TIA-1179-A, and BICSI best practices.
Excellent client-facing, budgeting, and contract administration skills.

Nice-to-Have:
RCDD, CPP, CPHIMS, or LEED credentials.
Experience with Alliance/IPD or P3 delivery models.
Familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and common data environments.

Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000 (depending on experience)
