What You'll Do:

• Provide virtual support to policyholders regarding their life and supplemental insurance plans

• Assist clients in understanding coverage details, making policy changes, and resolving inquiries

• Process client information and maintain accurate digital records using our CRM system

• Schedule virtual consultations and follow-up appointments with licensed agents

• Communicate professionally over phone, email, and Zoom with empathy and precision

Who You Are:

• You're a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs, and remote work platforms

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

• Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or administrative support is a plus—but not required
