We are seeking a hands on Project Supervisor for our on-site concrete operations! You will oversee project execution, material scheduling, health and safety duties and at times operate equipment.

In this role you will see a large variety of projects in southern Ontario with opportunities to work in more remote locations. You will have room for growth, training and expanding opportunities with the company while we grow.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onsite concrete batching from material ordering to concrete production
• Supervise onsite personnel and ensure all health and safety procedures and documentation are completed
• Interface with project inspectors, the general contractor and company management
• Oversee the QA/QC of the project and complete daily reporting
• Operate equipment from loaders to trucks as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the concrete industry and supervision is preferred
• Strong leadership qualities and self starter
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and implement solutions
• Mechanically inclined and hands would be best suited for this role
• AZ or DZ license is not required but would be beneficial
