- $18-$24/hr
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Weekly pay!
- Read and analyze incoming memos, letters, and reports to determine their significance and distribute them appropriately.
- Coordinate invoice routing and monitor payments to subcontractors and vendors.
- Enter and maintain client and prospect data in automated system.
- Promote & sell value added products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries at our service counter in person or by phone.
- Take orders and relay information to customers.
- Monitor and advise customers of product information, availability, and delivery status.
- Participate in basic accounts receivable tasks, including credit check and collection call.
- General administrative duties in a computerized environment.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Diploma or Degree (any combination of training and/or experience judged to be equivalent will be considered)
- Bilingualism is an asset.
