• Ideal 4+ years exp.primarily mechanical, precision Mills/grinders, CNC + manual lathes, needs some electrical repair/exp. Needs exp. w/PLCs/HMIs
• Install, align, maintain, and repair stationary industrial machinery (e.g. conveyors, gearboxes, turbines,hydraulic, pneumatic systems)
• tool exp. ranging from hand tools and cranes to micrometers, grinders and welders, blueprint reading
• Mechanical;9/10 understanding;Electrical:7-8/10
• PMs 40% of the time; 60% troubleshooting
• Controls include:Allen Bradley, Omiron, MasterCam CNC Programming, Siemens CNC machines. Mazak vertical CNC Mills, installs, leveling, (will not becommissioning equip.)

Client interview process:#1 interview w/Joe, #2 interview: Maintenance Supervisor./Lead Hand #3rd interview with HR Manager. All interviews before 5PM.

Loose interview for personality -- technical questions, a lot of electrical code, electrical/mechanical knowledge.

Shifts:straight days M-F 8-4:30PM, flex times start in morning/easy going scheduling, somelater days (may work into afts. depending on start times/priorities.Wknds:emergency coverage, some weekend work but they stay pretty flexible (typical is 3-4 hour days).
