Financial Services Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Location: Grimsby, ON

What We Are Looking For:

  • Life Insurance License

  • OTL – Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)

  • Proven experience in marketing and selling financial products

  • Strong knowledge of life insurance offerings

  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • A long-term career mindset

  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Team player with attention to detail and multitasking skills

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and follow up on leads, identify client needs, and offer suitable products and services

  • Quote and sell new business through outbound calls and marketing efforts

  • Present and explain insurance solutions to potential clients

  • Focus sales efforts on life, disability, critical illness, and health & dental insurance products

  • Maximize every sales opportunity and cross-sell effectively

  • Collaborate with the Agent to meet shared business and marketing goals

  • Maintain clear, organized, and accurate client documentation

What You'll Receive:

  • Salary Range: $55,000 – $85,000 per year (base salary plus commission/bonuses)
